To me, and countless others, it kinda isnt as it the work was still created by me. If you are asking me to take this down, then you are probably asking countless others to take this kind of work down. Although i do kinda understand, i am now unsure.
but what i mean by "Countless others" is alot of other people use the same thing.
It's one of the reasons you see so many people complaining about dA going down the drain :/
I'm not trying to say that you're doing it on purpose, a lot of people seem to actually not know that it's a violation of US federal law, as well as dA ToS (well, obviously, since it's a US based website) and of course international law.
I'm really not trying to attack you, just giving you information because a lot of people don't seem to realize what it is they are doing. I hope you just see this as an opportunity to look up the facts on copyright and also read the ToS
